Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Description
The BD™ CBA Human Th1/Th2 Cytokine Kit II (Catalog No. 551809) can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) protein levels in a single sample. The kit performance has been optimized for analysis of specific cytokines in tissue culture supernatants, EDTA plasma, and serum samples. The kit provides sufficient reagents for the quantitative analysis of 80 samples.
