Overview

Infinicytis an analysis software designed for multiparametric analysis of complex data with patented tools and adaptable to common laboratory workflows.

performance1

File Merger

Combine multiple .fcs files into one data file.

Through common markers in the different staining panels a global analysis can be performed and a  complete immunophenotype can be displayed in one single dot plot (Parameter Band Dot Plot or Histogram).

performance1

Automatic Population Separator (APS)

Obtain an automatic separation of cell clusters using the information from all the parameters in the file.

The APS diagram, based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA), allows for the identification of the  parameters that are most relevant for the separation of each population.

performance1

Reference Image

Set a population as a reference (e.g. a negative control or a normal population) and apply it onto your new case file for comparison.

performance1

Diagrams and representations

Create high-resolution diagrams (Dot Plots, APS, Histograms, Multidimensional, 3D, Box Plots, Parameter Band Plots, etc.) for the representation and analysis of flow cytometry data.

Additional Features

Compass tool: Build your own database using your own files

Maturation: Draw the maturation pathway of a specific cell population ; study variations in maturation patters and detect possible maturation blockages.

Batch Analysis: Process multiple files automatically

Profiles: Create different analysis templates personalized for each different type of analysis. There is no limit on the number of profiles that can be created nor to the number of diagrams to be included within a profile.

File compatibility: Read files with FCS standard 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1.

Security and login: Control the access to the different software functionalities to ensure  data integrity.  Infinicyt™ includes features relevant to 21 CFR Part 11.
