Course Overview

This course is designed for flow cytometry operators and researchers who design and run multicolor panels. You will learn best practices for multicolor panel design, which can be applied to both intracellular and surface markers. You will perform exercises that cover the entire workflow for multicolor applications, from creating application settings to analyzing data. You will also practice proven methods for standardizing settings across multiple cytometers. Skills learned in this course can be applied to any BD digital cytometer with BD FACSDiva™ Software.

Training at BD Greater Asia Training Center

Join us for the BDB Flow Cytometry Training Courses 2023, a series of trainings on Flow Cytometry designed for users with varying levels of experience.

Each training module includes theoretical presentation and wet lab session. The theory talks about the principles of research and clinical flow cytometry. In the wet lab session, there will be demonstrations and plenty of hands-on opportunities. At the end of the training, you will be competent to operate and troubleshoot the BD Cell Analyzers and Cell Sorters.

The program is designed into a set of 3 modules – Basic, Intermediate Flow Cytometry or Cell Sorting. Each module will be conducted within a day and is available in multiple sessions. You may choose to attend any combination of each session, depending on your requirements and availability.

Each training module is delivered in a small class size of 6 and is free till further notice.
