Custom Multicolor Panels

We offer contract manufacturing of multicolor panels in liquid, lyophilized and dried formats to minimize the potential errors and time associated with manual cocktailing of reagents. Dried and lyophilized versions of the panels are manufactured using proprietary BD Horizon™ Chroma Technology (up to 30 conjugates, including 10+ BD Horizon Brilliant™ Dyes in a single tube). Our technology provides extended shelf life, and our all-in-one-tube format improves consistency across multiple sites and/or longitudinal studies. We offer expert consultation in immunology, flow cytometry and single-cell analysis technologies, with services ranging from study planning, custom panel design, study execution, data analysis and report preparation.

Workflow

We worked with a customer to carry out an observational study based on Lean methodology and recorded a significant reduction in error-prone steps when using BD® Lyotube Vials in a standard flow cytometry workflow.
