Description
BD HorizonTM Dri Tumor & Tissue Dissociation Reagent (TTDR) was designed for gentle and effective dissociation of tumors and tissue for single cell studies. BD TTDR is optimized to maximize cell yields, while minimizing cell death and epitope/antigen damage. The reagent is provided as a kit with 15 single-use amber vials. Each vial contains sufficient reagent to dissociate up to 1.0 g of tissue. NOTEt is feasible to dissociate tissue weighing outside this range, however, it should be tested by the user.
