What to include on a purchase order
For the most efficient order processing, please include the following information on your purchase order or correspondence:
- Purchase order number
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Catalog number and description
- Quantity and size required
- Name and phone number of purchasing agent
- Name and phone number of end user
- Quotation number (if applicable)
- Vendor name (Becton, Dickinson and Company)
- Vendor address:
