Custom Multicolor Panels
The BD Custom Team offers contract manufacturing of multicolor panels in liquid, lyophilized and dried formats to minimize the error(s) and time associated with manual cocktailing of reagents, increase reagent stability and significantly enhance consistency and assay performance. Dried and lyophilized versions of the panels are manufactured using proprietary BD Horizon™ Chroma Technology (up to five BD Horizon Brilliant™ Dyes in a single tube) and BD Horizon™ Lyo Technology (up to one Horizon Brilliant™ Dye in a single tube), respectively. We also offer several resources for custom multicolor panels.
Workflow
We worked with a customer to carry out an observational study based on Lean methodology and recorded a significant reduction in error-prone steps when using BD® Lyotube Vials in a standard flow cytometry workflow.
