BD also offers contract manufacturing of dried cocktails for high-volume panels that have been independently designed and must be validated by customer laboratories. BD Horizon™ Dri Chroma Cocktails are stable for 12 months and can reduce or eliminate the need for cocktailing by the customer.

Our exclusive BD Horizon™ Dri Chroma Reagent technology enables the use of up to five BD Horizon Brilliant™ Dyes in each cocktail, offering greater panel design flexibility. These cocktails show comparable performance to liquid reagents.
Lymphocytes (CD3 vs CD4)
Results are taken from a multicolor panel containing five BD Horizon Brilliant™ Dyes used for the identification and characterization of regulatory T cells (Tregs) in human PBMCs. The staining pattern observed with the dried reagents (blue data points) is comparable to the staining observed with liquid reagents (red data points), which is depicted in the overlay plots (right panels) for the first slide as well? Otherwise there is no way to understand those figures.
