BD Accuri™ C6 Plus Flow Cytometer Self-Installation Tutorial
This course provides instructions for installing the instrument. By the end of this course, you will be able to:
Unpack the instrument
Prepare the fluidics
Perform the QC procedure
Our operator training courses are designed to quickly get you up and running on your instrument. Our courses are delivered in small class sizes with a 2-to-1 ratio of learners-to-instrument to provide plenty of hands-on time and opportunity to get comfortable with the day-to-day operation of the software and cytometer.
BD Accuri™ C6 Plus Operator Training Courses
This course provides you with the practical knowledge and skills to acquire and analyze multicolor data and perform maintenance tasks. If applicable, installation of the instrument by a BD associate prior to the start of training is included.
In this class, you will learn:
General principles of flow cytometry
Cytometer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
Cytometer QC using BD® CS&T Research Beads
Compensation, data acquisition and analysis, and data management using BD Accuri™ C6 Plus Software
If applicable, data acquisition using the BD CSampler™ Plus Accessory
Target Audience: New operators or operators who have not had formal training on this cytometer.
