2. Customers with existing account with Zuellig Pharma will receive a response from Zuellig Pharma approximately within 48 hours, containing the codes, description and prices of the requested products, as well as the payment terms and validity of the proposal
3. Customers who do not have an existing account with Zuellig Pharma will need to go through an Account creation process. Zuellig Pharma Customer Service team will be in contact with you to initiate the process of Account creation approximately within 48 hours.
4. To confirm the order, the customer must send an email confirmation or PO to Zuellig Pharma Customer Service team at SGCS-BD-Biosciences@zuelligpharma.com
