Course Overview

This course provides you with advanced topics and techniques for cell sorting with a BD cell sorter. In this course, you will learn how to define effective sorting criteria for various samples, including large cells, rare events, and small particles. You will apply the principles you learned to improve stream stability while using a custom sheath pressure. Additionally, you will learn to use Poisson statistics to calculate the projected sort rate, efficiency, and sort time for a given population.
