The accessory kits support all BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System–based single-cell RNA and protein workflows, including the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted Assay, BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis Amplification Kit, BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Profiling Assays, BD^® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit and BD^® AbSeq Assays.

BD Rhapsody™ Cartridge Reagent Kit

The purpose of this kit is to provide the necessary reagents needed to prepare the BD Rhapsody™ Cartridges, extract RNA and antibody oligos bound to the cells, and capture them on BD Rhapsody™ Cell Capture Beads.

BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit

Once the RNA and protein information are captured from single cells on the BD Rhapsody™ Cell Capture Beads, reagents provided in the BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit allow you to perform reverse transcription and generate cDNA for use as a template for all your desired downstream library preparations. The kit can be used with the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted Assay, BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis Amplification Kit, BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Profiling Assays, BD^® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit and BD^®AbSeq Assays.
